Privacy
Short version: we only keep your email, we only use it to tell you about our games, and you can leave anytime.
Last updated October 12, 2026.
What is collected
Only the email address you type into the form, and only if you sign up. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no other trackers.
Like any web server, the site's host (GitHub Pages) may log technical access data, such as your IP address, for security.
What it's for
To send you news about Lowmoon's games: releases, playtests and behind-the-scenes notes. Nothing else. Your email is never sold, rented or handed to anyone.
Where it's stored
The list is run by Kit (kit.com), a newsletter service based in the United States. That's where your email is stored, under Kit's privacy policy. So your data is transferred outside Brazil, where the studio is based.
Legal basis
Your consent (art. 7, I, of Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD), which you give by ticking the box on the form and by confirming through the email that follows.
Leaving and your rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link: one click and you're out. You can also ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contato@lowmoonstudios.com.
Who's responsible
Lowmoon, an independent game studio. Any privacy question: contato@lowmoonstudios.com.
